Carolyn Jean Wolf, 71, of Hudson Florida and formerly of Stafford Virginia passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014 in the Bear Creek Nursing Home in Hudson Florida following an extended illness. She was the owner of Godmother's Pizza in Quantico Virginia. She also managed several 7-Eleven stores until her retirement. She was born May 26, 1942 in Paris, IL, the daughter of Dick and Maxine Connelly. She was a graduate of Homer High School in Homer Michigan and later enlisted in the Marine Corp in 1960, Surviving are her loving husband David Wolf of Hudson Florida: her son Kelly and his wife Cynthia Firlan of Culpeper, Virginia; a daughter Cindy Shrieves and her Fiance James Allen of Sterling Virginia; a sister Penny and husband Walter Jr. Wilson of Shelburn Indiana; a Step Son David Wolf and Step daughter Denise Dunbar; She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amanda, Jake, Chris, Kevin, Becca, Jessi, Nicole, Spencer, Sonny, Darry, Lisa, Dawn, Kevin and ten great grandchildren; and niece Renee Goldsberry. Her grandson Zachary passed away on April 29, 2014. She is also preceded in death by her parents; her brother in law Robert Cunningham; and a nephew Charlie Bob Cunningham. The Burial will be held at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle Virginia on May 27, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Military Graveside rites. Jean will be sadly missed but will live on in our hearts and memories forever.
