Donald Wayne " Skip" Moran, 56, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas passed away August 1, 2014 at Baxter Regional Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 26, 1958 at Joliet, IL, the son of William Moran and Marjorie Higginbotham Moran. He was a loving son and friend to all who know him. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his mother, Marjorie Moran of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; a brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Patricia Moran of Joliet, IL ; several nieces and nephews and many relative and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents, including Harry and Bertha Higginbotham.
