Dorothy E. Harper Holley, 84, of Marshall, IL passed away 4:30 PM Friday, March 18, 2016 in the Burnsides Community Health Center at Marshall.

She was born Jan. 11, 1932 at West Union, IL, the daughter of Harlan and Jesse Heleine Griffith. Dorothy was first married to Donald Harper who preceded her in death on June 1, 1999. She later married Lester Holley and he preceded her in death on Jan. 20, 2015.

Surviving are two daughters, Diane (Charlie) Moore and Debbie (Jerry) Morgan of Marshall; a son, Bryan (Mindy) Harper of Marshall; grandchildren, Scott (Amy) Moore, Brad (Charlene) Moore, Breanna Morgan, Gretchen (Brad) Maynard, Jeremy (Annette) Harper and Nathan (Amanda) Harper; great grandchildren, Saige Harper, Ethan Harper, Ty Harper, Ben Harper, Brayden Maynard and Mia Moore and a sister, Bette Clatfelter of West Union, IL. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and one sister.

She was a member of the First Christian Church of Marshall and was a graduate of Hutsonville High School.

Services in honor of her life will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at Pearce Funeral Home with Bro. John Cutshall officiating. Burial will be in Harrison Cemetery. Visitation will be 7:00 AM Tuesday until service time with the family present from 12 Noon until service time.
