Erna James Horsley, 67, of Marshall, IL passed away at 11:44 AM Friday March 20, 2020 at Gibson Family Hospice in Terre Haute, IN. He was born on December 5, 1952 in Terre Haute, IN to John and Charlene Horsley. Jim was retired from Operating Engineers Union #841.He is survived by one son Jonathan (Lisa) Horsley of Chatham, IL; one daughter Stacey (Jason) Wolfe of Bloomington, IL; eight grandchildren, Arynn Horsley of Marrieta, CA, Raegan Horsley of Mt. Zion, IL, Emma Horsley of Chatham, IL, Mason Horsley of Chatham, IL, Logan Wolfe of Peoria, IL, Brandon Wolfe of Bloomington, IL, Madelyn Wolfe of Peoria, IL and Brianna Wolfe of Bloomington, IL.He was preceded in death by his parents.Jim was a 1971 Graduate of Marshall High School, founding member of Heritage Trail ABATE, Auxiliary Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy for 18 years, expert marksman, life member of the NRA, Member of Emmaus/Great Banquet community and attended Elohim Great Banquet #49, loved the outdoors, cars, motorcycles, spending time with family and was a proud military Dad. Celebration of life services will be held at a later date.
