Frannie’s family wants to recognize and thank every staff member at Aperion Care Summerfield. They are not an average nursing home/care facility. Every team member goes above and beyond what anyone would expect from them. They are amazing individuals and have formed an unbreakable team. They truly made Frannie’s last 18+ months of life an awesome adventure for her and provided her with opportunities she would never have had elsewhere.A private memorial service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution in Frannie’s name to Aperion Care Summerfield, 34 S. Main Street, Cloverdale, IN, 46120.
