Genevieve Tingley, 84, of Marshall, IL passed away at 8:25 PM Thursday, October 3, 2013 in the Burnsides Community Health Center in Marshall, IL. She was born on October 11, 1928 in Marshall, IL the daughter of James C. and Violet Sanders Riggs. She was a homemaker. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother James Riggs Sr. and two sisters, Phyllis Blakely and Charlotte Tingley. A Graveside service will be held at the Marshall Cemetery at 2:00 PM Sunday October 6, 2013. Pearce Funeral Home of Marshall have been entrusted with arrangements
