Helen Elma Railsback, 91, of Marshall, IL, formerly of Rossville, IL passed away July 29, 2015 in the Burnsides Community Care Center at Marshall, IL.
She was born August 20, 1923 at Chicago, IL, the daughter of Vernon and Winifred Welsh Railsback.
There are no immedicate survivors. Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015 in the Rossville Cemetery at Rossville, IL.
