James Charles Helmholtz Jr., 42, of St. Peters, MO passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015 at his home.

He was employed in the food industry. He was born Sept. 19, 1972 at Danville, IL, the son of James and June Hollingsworth Helmholtz.

Surviving are his parents; a sister, Sabrena Helmholtz; a brother, Jason (Jackie) Helmholtz; two nephews, Jeremy Helmholtz and Daniel Ferguson and a niece, Jessica Helmholtz.

Services in honor of his life will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at Pearce Funeral Home, 314 S. 6th St., Marshall, IL. Burial will be in the Marshall Cemetery.
