John A. Wyrick, 80, of Marshall, IL passed away Saturday, August 5, 2017 at his home. He had been employed at Quaker Maid and had retired from Public Service Indiana. John was born March 21, 1937 at Terre Haute, IN, the son of Quincy and Eva Francis Wyrick. Surviving are his wife, Etta M. Shreve Wyrick; two daughters, Brenda Kay (David) Belt of Casey, IL and Suzette (Tim) Kimmel of Plainfield, IN; grandchildren, Derek Belt, Brigette Belt, Justin (Caroline Diamond – Financee’) Kimmel and Brittany (Joel) Stubblefield; great grandchild, Nolan Lee Stubblefield; step-son, Tony (Marie) Zachary and a step great grandchild, Annabella Messina. He was an avid NASCAR fan and was true and loyal to Tony Stewart. He was a member of Marshall Lodge #133 AF & AM and had served on the on the Marshall Twp. Fire Dept. for many years. Services in honor of his life will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Pearce Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Lewis officiating. Cremation will follow services. Visitation will be after 12 Noon Wednesday at the funeral home. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to Livingston Cemetery Association.
