Louise Hendrix Bright, 79, of Marshall, IL passed away 12:10 AM Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014 in Union Hospital at Terre Haute, IN.
Louise was born Nov. 28, 1934 at West Union, IL, the daughter of Robert Kramer and Naomi Ogle Kramer. She married Harold Hendrix on May 5, 1951 and he preceded her in death on Nov. 4, 1990. She later married Fred Bright in June of 2002 and he survives.
Also surviving are her children Debra (Steve) Finney of Marshall, IL, Darlene (Steve "Tink") Tingley of Marshall, IL, John (Lisa) Hendrix of Marshall, IL and Noni (Chris) White of Bloomingdale, IN; a sister, Lois Brosman of Marshall, IL; a brother, Bob Kramer of Minnesota; a half brother, Mike Wilson of Marshall, IL; step brothers, Jim Wilson of Marshall, IL, Rex Wilson of Martinsville, IL and Dwight Wilson of Marshall, IL : a step sister, Kay McMann of Indianapolis, IN; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, June Chadwick; step brother, Don Wilson; half sister, Linda Arnold and one nephew.
She was a faithful and devoted member of the Five Points Christian Church, rural Marshall where she had taught Bible school. She had attended the First Christian Church at Casey, IL. Louise loved to bake and had worked at the Marshall TRW facility for over 20 years.
Services in honor of her life will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Pearce Funeral Home in Marshall with Bro. Larry Morecraft officiating. Burial will be in the Auburn Cemetery, rural Marshall. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Auburn Cemetery Association or to the Five Points Christian Church.
