Norma "Sharon" Davison of Marshall, Illinois passed away December 20, 2025 at Willowbrook Memory Care in Marshall. She was born on October 26, 1938 in Yale, Illinois as the daughter of Homer and Doris Snearly Parcel. On July 28, 1957 she married Layman "Jay" Davison. He preceded her in death on February 19, 2022. Surviving are a brother Jerry (Cathy) Parcel of Martinsville, Illinois; two children Scotty (Carolyn) Davison of Annapolis, Illinois and Lynita (David) Wallace of Marshall, Illinois; a daughter-in-law Debbie Davison of Marshall, Illinois; grandchildren Matthew (Jodi) Davison, Michelle (Brad) Meese, Sara Decker (Jarin Maxey), and Brittney (Dalton) Perry; step grandchildren Craig (Sarah) Martin, Bridgett Martin, and Denise (Craig) Berthold; several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Parcel, a son, Randy Davison, a granddaughter, Bonnie Daugherty, and a great granddaughter Morgan Cuffle. While caring for and raising her family, she was employed by the Clark County Treasurer's Office and retired from the Clark County Sheriff's Office and from West Union EMT Services. She took great pride in serving others through public and community works, creating stories that she often shared many years later. The family will forever be grateful for the exceptional care she received by the entire staff at Willowbrook. For those desiring, contributions can be made in her name to Willowbrook Memory Care. Services in honor of her life will be 12:00 Noon Wednesday, Dec. 31st at Pearce Funeral Home with Pastor Billie Ray Ulrey officiating. Burial will be in the Ohio Cemetery, rural West Union, IL.
