Norman L. Hughes, 82, 0f Paris, IL passed away 2:35 AM Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020 in Twin Lakes Rehab and Health Care at Paris, IL He was born March 22, 1938 near Oliver, the son of Clyde C. and Rexie May Kennedy Hughes. Surviving are a daughter, Ruby Hughes of Decatur, IL; his twin sister, Norma Hess of Terre Haute, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irma M. Hughes.
