Randall J. Davison, 55, of Marshall, IL passed away 4:26 Pm Monday, Sept. 26, 2016 in Union Hospital at Terre Haute, IN.
He was employed as the purchasing agent at LAYCO of Marshall and was an area farmer.
Randy was born Nov. 14, 1960 at Paris, IL, the son of Laymon J. and Sharon Parcel Davison. He married Deborah Newell on Aug. 19, 1995 at Marshall, IL. Surviving are his wife, Debbie; children, Bridget (Josh) Martin , Bonnie (Jake) Daugherty both of Terre Haute, IN, Craig (Sarah) Martin and Brittney Davison both of Marshall; grandchildren, Madison Martin, Shane Martin, William Martin Jerry Cuffle, Dawson Cuffle, Liam Daugherty, Alana Daugherty, Abigail Martin, Alison Martin and Caleb Martin; his parents of Marshall; a brother, Scotty (Carolyn) Davison of Annapolis, IL; a sister, Lynita (Steve) Decker of Marshall, IL and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Morgan Cuffle.
He was a member of the Melrose Church of God. He served this community in many aspects of community service, including the Clark County 4-H Foundation and had served many years and was currently serving on the Martinsville School Board. He loved to fish, hunt, camp and sit around a campfire and was a member of the NRA. Most importantly, he was so very proud of his grandchildren.
Services in honor of his life will be 3:00 PM Friday at Pearce Funeral Home in Marshall with Past Danny Harper officiating. Burial will be in Ohio Cemetery, rural West Union. Visitation will be after 7:00 AM Friday with the family present from 11:00 AM until service time.
