Robert A. Neff, 61, of Marshall, IL passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014 in Union Hospital at Terre Haute, IN. He was born Sept. 17, 1952 at Richmond, VA, the son of Ray A. Neff and Augusta M. Cossman Neff. Surviving are a son and a brother, Charles F. Neff of Ft. Pierce, FL
