Sandra Ann Richey was born September 9, 1945 in Wheeling, WV. She departed this life Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015 at her home.

She graduated from Buecher High School in Santa Clara, CA in 1964. Following graduation from high school she graduated from United Airline Flight Attendant School and married Darrell Richey in 1964. During this same period of time she was elected Dairy Princess for the State of CA.

She was employed by United Technologies, Cruise America and TRW where she retired. Sandra's greatest love was her family and friends. She also loved to paint when young, loved to make afghans, reading books, family holiday dinners and her dog, Kujo.

She loved visiting with Missy Atwood at the Hair Salon and Stephanie at the Latte Dough coffee Shop. Sandra's love for family Dungeness Crab Feasts will be remembered by the family forever.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William, who was killed in Viet Nam in 1969. She is survived by the love of her life, Darrell and her four sons, Clarence(Kathy) Richey of Columbia, IL, Bill (Elizabeth) Richey, Dan (companion Stephanie Romero) Richey and Jeff (Jamie) Richey all of Marshall, IL. She was the grandmother of 13.

Services in honor of her life will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Pearce Funeral Home with Rev. Penny Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Livingston Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-6 PM Saturday at the funeral home. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
