Scott Edward Kelly, 46, of Paris, IL passed away 9:50 PM Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 at Paris Community Hospital.

He was formerly employed at TRW in Marshall and had also been employed by Lankster and Gore of Paris. He was born Dec. 8, 1969 at Terre Haute, IN, the son of Cleo Kelly and Joy Griffin Kelly.

Surviving are his wife, Karla Acord Kelly; a daughter Megan Kelly and her fianc̩e Derek Bennett of Marshall, IL; three step sons, Matthew Simons of Virginia, Tyler Simons of Martinsville, IL and Michael Morrill of Florida; a sister, Becky Wardell of Brocton, IL; two brothers, Carl Brian Kelly of Charleston, IL and Lee Kelly of Neoga, IL; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Kelly, his parents and grandparents.

He was a graduate of Paris High School and had attended Ivy Tech.

Memorial services will be 4:00 PM Friday, Nov. 6, 2015 at Pearce Funeral Home in Marshall. Visitation will be one-hour prior services. Burial will be in the Green Moss Cemetery at a later date.
