Susan E. Patterson, 52, of Marshall, IL passed away 12:22 AM Friday, Oct. 3, 2014 in the Burnsides Community Care Center at Marshall.

She was born Sept. 8, 1962 at El Paso, TX, the daughter of Wayne Heighton and Winona Sanders Heighton. Surviving are her mother, Winona Owens of Marshall; a daughter, Amanda Patterson of Martinsville, IL; a son, Russell (Sarah) Patterson Jr. of Robinson, IL; a brother, Wayne (Karen) Heighton of Marshall, IL and two nephews, Bill and Gary Heighton. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Jeffery Heighton.

She was a graduate of Marshall High School.

Services in honor of her life will be 11:00 AM Monday at Pearce Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Marshall Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior services at the funeral home. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to B.RI.D.G.E.
