He was born Oct. 15 1944 at Marshall, IL, the son of Chester L. and Virginia Downing Waller. Surviving are his siblings, Linda Savoree of Morris, IL, Jack Waller of Marshall, IL, Loren Waller of Marshall, IL, Margaret Haltom of Brazil, IN, Susie Waller of Terre Haute, IN, Dessie Myles of Goerogetown, IL and Wm. Waller of Marshall. There will be no services.
