Marshall, IL Beverly Jean Siverly, 85, of Marshall, IL passed away 9:15 P Monday, May 4th, 2015 at Gowin Parc in Mattoon, IL.
She was born October 9, 1929 at Marshall, IL, the daughter of Fred Granville Pennington and Catherine Lucille Thompson Pennington. She married Eugene A. Siverly on July 23, 1958 at Lawrenceville, IL and he preceded her in death on July 9, 2000.
Surviving is a son, Steven (Geraldine) Turner of Parrish, AL; two daughters, Mary Ann (David) Coleman of Charleston, IL and Betty Jane (Nathan) Bergschneider of Sherman, IL; a sister, Kaye Rardin of Arcola, IL; grandchildren, Sonya Bailey, Shawn Musgrove, Shannon Harbison, Stacy Potter, Christopher Foley, Linzie Beasley and Grant Bergschneider; several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra (Foley) Caldwell; a grandson, Spencer Turner; a sister, Shirley Craig and brothers, William, Fred T. and Robert Pennington and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted 12 Noon on Tuesday, May 19th at Pearce Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial will be in the Marshall Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or to the Trinity United Methodist Church where she was a member. A special thank you to those at Gowin Parc that took care of her the last five years.
