Marshall, IL Billy Wayne Wallace, 77, of Marshall, IL passed away 8:17 PM Friday in the Carle Foundation Hospital at Urbana, IL.

He was retired from the Clark County Highway Dept. He was born Sept. 24, 1937 at Paris, IL, the son of Herbie Brian Wallace and Mamie Katherine McIntyre. He married Shirley Cox on July 19, 1957 at Paris, IL.

Surviving are his wife, Shirley; his children, Janice Lee Williams and her boyfriend William Sanderson of Terre Haute, IN, Billy Joe Wallace of Marshall, IL, Marty Earl Wallace and his girlfriend Nicole Hogan of Marshall, Michael Wayne Wallace and his wife Mary Jo of Marshall, Danielle Wilson and her husband Wayne of Marshall, Joseph Roy Wallace and his wife Nikki of West Union, IL and Scott Anthony Wallace of Marshall; his siblings, Virginia Thomas of Paris, Mary Jane Maloney of Paris, Paul Wallace of Michigan and Jenny Lee McIlwain of Paris, IL; eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a grandchild, a sister and two brothers.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at Pearce Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Burress officiating. Burial will be in the Livingston Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
