Clara A. Low, 89, of Marshall, IL passed away 5:30 PM Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019 in the Burnsides Community Care Center at Marshall. Clara was born July 24, 1929 at rural Marshall, IL, the daughter of Harry and Mabel Miller Willmann. She married Eugene A. Low who preceded her in death on Sept. 3, 2009. She was also preceded in death by her parents, an infant son and a sister, Norma Mattis. Surviving are four sons, Warren (Peggy) Low of Casey, IL, Robert (Sherry) Low of St. Louis, MO, Duane (Jacque) Low and Tom (Carla) Low both of Marshall; grandchildren, Joshua Low, Daniel Low, Leslie Williams, Victoria Davis, Veronica Low, Neal Low, Jillian Low, Stephanie Williams and Skyler Low; great grandchildren, Nate Williams, Noah Williams, Natalie Williams, Asher Davis, Ellie Dumey, Kieran Washburn, Kylie Kennedy and Caden Low; a sister, Helen Wernz and several nieces and nephews. She loved bowling, sewing, gardening and working in her flower beds. She was a graduate of Marshall High School. Clara especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Services in honor of her life will be 10:00 AM Friday at Pearce Funeral Home with Bob Miller conducting the services. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery.
