Dave Igleheart, 77, of Marshall, IL passed away 4:39 AM Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013 in Union Hospital at Terre Haute, IN. He retired in 1991 from Regional Hospital at Terre Haute and had been employed at several hospitals prior to being employed at Regional. He was born September 21, 1935 at Owensboro, KY, the son of Perry and Dorothy Brackett Igleheart. He married Barb Folz on Dec. 11, 1959 at Evansville, IN. Surviving are his wife, Barb: a sister, Margaret of Wadesville, IN; a brother, Larry Damm of Evansville, IN; two brothers-in-law, John Folz and Bob (Deb) Folz both of Evansville, IN; a sister-in-law, Sandy (Jack Markham) Allen of Booneville, IN; several nieces and nephews, and several cousins living in the Madisonville area. He was preceded in death by his father, Perry Igleheart; his mother, Dorothy Damm and his grandparents, including Della Brackett who raised him. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Marshall and the Helping Hands Society of the church. His hobbies were baking and working with flowers and was very active with Helping Hands of the church. He volunteered his time and efforts to many organizations in the community. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Friday at St. Mary's Church of Marshall with Revs. Michael Haag and Jeff Grant officiating. Burial will be in the Darwin Cemetery, rural West Union, IL. Visitation will be 3-7 PM Thursday at Pearce Funeral Home in Marshall with the rosary being recited at 3:30 PM.
