Leslie N. Green, 67, of Martinsville, IL passed away May 2, 2026 in Casey Rehabilitation and Nursing at Casey, IL She was born November 26, 1958 in West Virginia, the daughter of Thomas Lewis and Ann Walters Lewis. She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, Jennifer and Jessica Wallace; two sisters and one brother. Surviving are three daughters, Lauren (Shannon) Peak of Marshall, IL, April (Gary) Kauffman of Arthur, IL and Robyn (Matt) Rasnick of Woodstock, GA; grandchildren, Alex Lewis, Samuel Rupska, Julian Gonzalez Wallace and Jessica Wallace as well as the father of her daughters, Keith Wallace of Martinsville.
