Martha Louise Duzan Erwin, 85, of Marshall, IL, formerly of Casey, IL went to meet with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025 at 9:45 AM. She was born in Marshall, IL, the daughter of Forrest A. Duzan and Leota Pearl Allen Duzan on Aug. 5, 1940. Visitation will be 4-6 PM Tuesday at Pearce Funeral Home with a service in honor of her life at 6:00 PM. Pastor Randy Black will officiate. Burial will be in the Casey Washington Street Cemetery at a later date. Martha met Paul Erwin, the love of her life, in August of 1996 and they were married Dec. 31, 1996. She was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church, rural Casey, IL. She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Kay (Steven) Rogers of Marshall, IL; grandchildren, Lisa Suzanne (Andy) Myles and David Michael Rogers; great grandchildren, Alexis May Myles, Hannah Lee Myles, Kamilah Rogers, Kamarah Rogers and Lyle Spooner; a sister, Frances Serwise of Pekin, IL and several nieces. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Eugene Duzan; a sister, Mary Kathryn Athey and a nephew, Darin Duzan. Martha graduated from Marshall High School and spent most of her life working in the accounting field. Martha requested that those in attendance at her visitation and service to dress casual and that those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church, P. O.
