Paul E. Williams, 87, of Marshall, IL passed away 2:40 PM Sunday, June 12, 2016 in Regional Hospital at Terre Haute.

He was a retired office machine repairman and had worked for various companies in the Wabash Valley.

Paul was born Aug. 29, 1925 at Huntington, IN, the son of James and Daisy Williams. He married Lela J. Renner on Sept 30, 1950 and she preceded him in death on March 14, 2012.

Surviving are a son, Randy Williams and his wife, Cindy of Marshall; a daughter, Paula Eldridge of Marshall; grandchildren Cody (Tracey) Williams, Michelle Switzer and Jamie (Nick) Cusick; several great grandchildren including Gaston Williams and a sister, Marilyn (Tom) Dowdy of Florida.

He served this nation in the US Army during the Korean War and was a member of Clark Co. Post #90 and VFW Post #5975. He was also a member of Marshall Lodge #133 AF & AM and the Scottish Rite Valley of Danville.

Masonic services will be conducted 6:45 PM Friday at Pearce Funeral Home with military rites immediately following. Burial will be at a later date at Marshall Cemetery.
