William A. “Bill” Allred, 76, of Marshall, IL passed away 7:22 AM Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at his home. Bill was a well-known farmer of the Clark and Edgar County areas. He was born October 1, 1949 at Paris, IL, the son of Loren and Lucile Stepp Allred who preceded him in death. On April 20, 1996 he married Diana Sue Snedeker at the Bell Ridge Christian Church, rural Edgar Co., IL and she survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Jill Allred of Nashville, TN; a son, Michael (Laura) Robey of Arcola, IL; grandchildren, Nancy Robey, Nadia Robey, Stacey Robey and Josie Robey; a great grandchild, Giovanni Ramirez and a brother Bob (Dory) Allred of Peoria, AZ. Bill loved farming. He had formerly been involved with Demo Debry racing and tractor pulling in the area. He was known throughout the are for his love of antique cars and trucks and model railroading. Services in honor of his life will be 2:00 PM Saturday, April 11th at Pearce Funeral Home. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be in the Forsythe Cemetery.
