William E. Smith, 69, of Merom, IN, formerly of Marshall, IL and Crawford Co., IL passed away 2:20 PM Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at his home. He was born March 13, 1945 at Detroit, Michigan, the son of Lester and Mary Jospehine Livingston Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry Smith. Mr. Smith was retired from Mill Creek Park at Marshall. Surviving are two uncles, John Smith of Marshall, IL and Paul Livingston of Oblong, IL and a niece, Shawna Miller.
